Full-Time React, node js & UX only indians

I’m expanding our product team in Trivandrum kerala and need three full-time specialists who can sit side-by-side with our existing engineers and designers.

Front-End Developer
Your main mission is to turn our product requirements into polished, React-based user interfaces. You’ll own new user-facing features from wireframe to production, keep component libraries tidy, and push regular commits into our CI pipeline. A solid command of modern React (hooks, context, functional components) is non-negotiable, and you should be comfortable pairing with our UI/UX designer to bring every pixel to life.

Back-End Developer
You’ll focus on stitching together our micro-services through clean, well-documented API integration. Expect to write and consume REST/GraphQL endpoints, handle authentication flows, and streamline data exchanges with the front-end team. If you already automate testing and monitoring around your integrations, you’ll feel right at home.

UI/UX Designer
We’re counting on you for elegant, intuitive flows that reduce user friction. You’ll deliver wireframes, hi-fi prototypes and a living style guide, then sit with the React dev to validate feasibility and iterate quickly after each usability review.

Shared Expectations
• Work on-site in Trivandrum, Kerala (we operate a hybrid schedule but value regular face time).
• Use Git daily and join code/design reviews.
• Communicate clearly in English during our agile ceremonies.
• Push incremental value—small, frequent releases are part of our culture.
