Seeking Mobile App Store Submission Specialist (iOS + Android)

I need an experienced freelancer to get my app published on the Apple App Store and Google Play. The app is built and in testing with my developer — you'll work directly with them on the technical pieces.

Scope of work:
- Resolve a D-U-N-S business name mismatch blocking my Apple Developer organization enrollment, then complete the enrollment
- Register a Google Play developer account as an organization
- Set up App Store Connect and Google Play Console listings
- Coordinate with my developer on app signing, builds, TestFlight (iOS) and internal/closed testing (Android)
- Prepare store assets: descriptions, screenshots, keywords, categories
- Privacy policy and data safety / privacy label forms
- Submit both apps and handle any review rejections until approved

Requirements:
- Proven track record publishing apps to both the App Store and Google Play (please share examples or links)
- Familiar with Apple organization enrollment and D-U-N-S verification
- Strong knowledge of App Store Review Guidelines and Play Console policies

How we'll work:
- Legal enrollment steps (signing Apple's agreement, account payment) will be done by me
- You will not receive my Apple ID or Google passwords — I'll invite you as an admin in App Store Connect and Play Console, and remove access when the job is done
- Fixed-price preferred; please propose based on the scope above
