MERN Multi-Tenant CRM Development

I need a full-stack developer to build a SaaS-ready CRM on the MERN stack that can be offered to multiple companies from a single codebase while keeping every tenant’s data strictly segregated. Core features are:

• Robust reporting and analytics dashboards drawn from each tenant’s own records only
• Email-and-password authentication (JWT sessions are fine)
• Payment-gateway integration so each company can upgrade or renew within the app

Beyond those basics, the usual CRUD around contacts, deals, and activities can follow standard patterns, but the multitenancy layer and the analytics engine must be rock-solid. I expect:

Deliverables
1. Clean, well-commented React front-end and Node/Express API with MongoDB configured for tenant isolation (your choice of database-per-tenant or shared-DB/tenantId strategy—justify your pick).
2. Admin tools to create, suspend, and delete company accounts without touching the CLI.
3. Stripe (or comparable) payment flow wired to subscription plans.
4. CI/CD scripts plus a short README so I can deploy to AWS or DigitalOcean in one command.
5. Unit tests covering the tenancy middleware, auth routes, and payment callbacks.

Acceptance criteria
• Logging in as one company must never expose another company’s data, even through direct API calls.
• Dashboards load in
