Maple Syrup Document Retyping & Formatting

I have between 50 and 200 handwritten notes that need to be transcribed verbatim into a clean, well-structured Excel spreadsheet. Each note should occupy its own row, with separate columns for the date (if present), the full text, and any short tags or headings that appear on the page. No OCR tools are involved—this is manual entry, so consistent spelling, punctuation, and line breaks matter.

Deliverable
• One .xlsx file containing all notes, organised exactly as described above and free of typos or missing words.

Acceptance Criteria
• 100 % of the notes accounted for.
• Text matches the original handwriting accurately.
• Spreadsheet opens with no errors and follows the requested column layout.

Once the file is complete and double-checked, simply share the final Excel workbook so I can review and sign off.
