2. Narrative & Trend Monitoring: Monitor the ecosystem daily to spot emerging narratives, trending coins, and viral post formats so our content always hits right on time.
3. Content: Turn those insights into content that resonates with our audience: posts, threads, polls, memes, and discussion starters.
4. Organic Acquisition: Execute community-led growth strategies through genuine engagement, community participation, and smart content to drive active, high-intent followers and subscribers organically, no bots, no fake followers and no dead weight. We want real people who stay active.
5. Community Scale: Build, nurture, scale and grow our Telegram and X presence from the ground up into thriving hubs counting thousands of highly active crypto enthusiasts and users.
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience growing and managing crypto communities on Telegram and X.
2. A natural fluency in crypto/degen slang, meme formats, and fast-moving crypto culture and trends.
3. Strong analytical skills to track what works, double down on high-performing topics, and adapt on the fly.
4. A proactive, self-starter mindset, don’t wait for instructions, just ride the wave as it happens.
