Manufacture My Finished Product

I have a physical product that has already moved through concept and prototyping; the design files, CAD drawings, BOM, and packaging mock-ups are complete. What I need now is a partner who can take these production-ready assets and turn them into a commercially manufactured item at consistent quality and scale.

Your role will include:
• Reviewing the existing engineering package, confirming it is factory-ready, and flagging any last-minute manufacturability tweaks
• Sourcing or validating component suppliers, materials, and tooling
• Coordinating a first production run and providing samples for approval
• Establishing quality-control checkpoints and final inspection criteria
• Detailing unit cost, MOQ, and lead-time projections so I can lock in launch dates

I am open to domestic or overseas manufacturing solutions as long as you can meet the agreed specifications and certification requirements for my target market. Experience with end-to-end production management, vendor negotiation, and logistics is essential.
