Arabic-English Web Translator App

URGENT - Looking to start immediately. I need a clean, production-grade web application that translates text between Arabic and English (and ideally other languages), built using ASP.NET Core and SQL Server. Please only bid if you can start right away and commit to the timeline below.

Scope of work
- Build a web app where users can input text, select source/target language, and get a translation.
- Integrate an existing translation API (Google Translate API, Microsoft Azure Translator, or DeepL - your recommendation welcome) rather than building translation logic from scratch.
- Implement user registration/login and save each user's translation history to the database.
- Support Arabic right-to-left (RTL) text display correctly throughout the UI.
- I haven't finalized whether I need an admin panel or extra features like saved/favorite translations - please review my requirements below and propose sensible additions if useful.

Acceptance criteria
1. App is reachable and functional over HTTPS (or locally runnable with clear setup instructions).
2. Users can register, log in, and translate text between Arabic and at least one other language with correct RTL rendering.
3. Translation history is saved per user and viewable/searchable.
4. Database schema is clean, documented, and free of errors on setup.
5. A short hand-over document explains how to run/deploy the project, apply updates, and manage the database.
