JavaScript Localization Task

I need assistance adding language translations to some existing JavaScript code.

Please provide relevant experience in your bids. Added detail - I have javascript that converts data from wordpress into different languages on a phrase by phrase basis. It currently has Romanian and Turkish working fine. I need to be able to add multiple other sections to the javascript to translate other languages. The actual translations are provided, this is not required as part of this request. the key is the javascript code to do this. I can supply the current .js file with the current working translations.
