Machining Equipment Installation Technicians

Our plant is expanding its capacity with a new suite of CNC lathes, milling centres and auxiliary machining equipment. I need skilled technicians who can handle the complete installation and initial setup of this industrial machinery—from unloading and positioning through electrical, pneumatic and coolant hookups, alignment, levelling, calibration and first-run testing.

The shop floor is already prepared with foundations, power drops and air lines; what’s missing is the hands-on expertise to make each machine production-ready while respecting manufacturer tolerances and our internal safety standards (ISO 45001). Experience reading mechanical and electrical schematics for machining centres is essential, as is familiarity with FANUC or Siemens controllers for basic parameter checks.

Deliverables
• Every machine anchored, levelled and connected to utilities
• Start-up diagnostics passed and spindle runout within spec
• Written installation report, including torque charts, laser alignment logs and safety checklist
• Basic operational hand-off to our in-house maintenance crew

Work begins as soon as the equipment arrives on site, so availability in the coming weeks is important. If you’ve installed similar machining lines before and can meet the criteria above, I’m ready to coordinate schedules and site access.
