I need a motivated professional who can take charge of our remote sales and customer care channels for a high-end women’s brand that sells across the Middle East. Your background should combine solid sales experience, attentive customer service, and a genuine familiarity with luxury products so you can speak confidently about materials, craftsmanship, and styling.
Day-to-day you will:
• Guide prospects through the purchasing journey on WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and email
• Follow up on warm leads, close sales, and hit weekly revenue targets
• Resolve post-purchase questions quickly, keeping our five-star reputation intact
• Record all interactions in our CRM (HubSpot) and keep inventory notes up to date
• Liaise with logistics partners to ensure every order reaches the client on time
Language requirements: fluent English and Arabic—most clients switch between the two.
Hours start part-time; once onboarding is complete and goals are met, the role can grow to full-time. I work on Dubai (GST) time, but I’m flexible as long as core client hours are covered and targets are achieved.
Deliverables & acceptance criteria
1. Consistently meet or exceed agreed weekly sales quota (reported via CRM export).
2. Maintain response time under one hour during core business hours.
3. Customer satisfaction rating of 4.8/5 or higher on post-chat surveys over the first 60 days.
