Product Sourcing Specialist Needed for Luxury Custom Dolls

I’m the founder of Mya House, a luxury dollhouse and heirloom toy brand. We’re looking for an experienced sourcing specialist to help us find a reliable manufacturer for our original doll collection and manage the process from initial quotes through sampling and production.

Our dolls will accompany our luxury dollhouses and also be sold separately. We have character designs and visual references available.

The collection includes:

* Adult dolls approximately 14–15 cm tall, children approximately 11–12 cm, and babies approximately 7–8 cm.
* Soft, charming faces with a timeless, premium appearance.
* Articulated or poseable bodies, with guidance needed on the best construction and materials at this scale.
* High-quality hair, clothing, and carefully finished details.
* Scope to develop additional characters, ethnicities, and seasonal outfits.

We need someone who can:

* Find and vet manufacturers with relevant custom doll experience.
* Confirm they can reproduce our designs rather than supply existing catalogue dolls.
* Obtain clear quotes for prototypes, tooling, minimum order quantities, production, and lead times.
* Recommend practical ways to achieve the desired quality while keeping development costs manageable.
* Coordinate samples, revisions, supplier communication, and quality control.

We are a startup and need a realistic route to small initial production runs, with room to scale. Manufacturers can be based anywhere, provided their quality, pricing, and communication are suitable.

Please include examples of relevant sourcing projects, your fees, and your estimated timeline for presenting a shortlist of qualified manufacturers. Direct experience with dolls, toys, miniature figures, or similar products is strongly preferred.
