Low-Poly Suburban Houses for Trainz

I’m building out a neighbourhood scene in Trainz Railroad Simulator 2022 plus and need a small set of low-poly, game-ready suburban houses. These models are exterior-only—no interiors or openable doors—so all the detail sits in the mesh silhouette and the textures.

Scope
• Style: classic suburban houses (think simple gable or hipped roofs, a few window variations, small porches).
• Textures: basic, neutral-toned maps that look clean at mid-distance; no photo-real weathering required.
• Poly budget: light enough to keep frame-rates high in Trainz 2022;plus each house should sit comfortably in the “low” LOD bracket for that engine.

Deliverables
1. 3–5 unique house models (FBX or OBJ) plus their texture sets (PNG or TGA).
2. Config.txt files and a single .cdp so I can drag-and-drop them straight into Content Manager.
3. Clear folder structure and naming so future reskins stay painless.

Acceptance
I’ll import each asset, place it in a test route, and confirm it renders without errors or missing dependencies. If everything loads, polycounts stay low, and textures keep to the agreed neutral palette, we’re done.
