Licensed FL Landscape Architect Needed

I already have the full architectural and civil CAD set for a small duplex in Englewood; the missing piece is the permitted landscape sheet. I need a Florida-licensed landscape architect who can open the DWG, verify it meets Sarasota County / Englewood codes, and overlay a complete planting design that covers both the front and back yards.

Scope of work
• Review my existing CAD files and adopt the title block, scales, and north arrow used on the other sheets.
• Prepare one landscape plan sheet that shows planting layout, species schedule, quantities, and code compliance notes. Irrigation and hardscape details are not required at this time.
• Select plant material you feel is best suited to the site—native, tropical, or a mix is fine as long as it satisfies permit requirements and thrives in coastal SW Florida conditions.
• Make any small revisions the plan reviewer requests during the first round.
• Apply your digital signature and seal so the sheet is ready to upload with the building permit set.

Deliverable acceptance
The sheet must be delivered as both PDF (24 × 36) and DWG, coordinate with the existing layer standards, and include your Florida LA license number in the title block.
