I’m building a mobile application that lets our immigration clients fill out U.S. visa forms quickly and securely from their phones. The app has to run natively on both iOS and Android and be engineered to SOC 2 standards end-to-end, because all files will be stored in the United States under strict data-protection guidelines.

Core workflow
• Users sign in with two-factor authentication, then use an in-app scanner to capture supporting documents.
• The scanner must export clean, high-resolution images as: PDF, JPEG, and PNG.
• An OCR/data-extraction engine pulls the required fields from those documents and auto-populates the latest government form (the app should check the official site on launch and fetch new form versions automatically).
• Step-by-step guidance walks the client through anything the extraction misses, so the form is submission-ready when they finish.
• All completed forms and uploads go into a free, encrypted repository inside the app so returning clients can reuse their data for future filings.
• The build should be structured for three pricing tiers—free, paid, and premium upsell services—so in-app purchases can be switched on from the backend without code changes.

What I need from you
– Cross-platform mobile development with clean, maintainable code
– Integration of the scanner, OCR, and auto-fill logic
– Cloud architecture that satisfies SOC 2 controls (logging, encryption at rest/in transit, secure key management)
– CI/CD pipelines and store-ready builds for both platforms
– Clear developer documentation so my internal team can extend features later

If you’ve shipped secure, data-heavy apps before—especially those requiring stringent compliance—I’d like to see your approach and timeline.
