I run a garment factory that specialises in women’s western wear and have sold exclusively within my country until now. My next step is to break into export markets, but I have no practical experience in the process. The immediate goal is to transform my domestic production line into an export-ready operation that can reliably reach and retain international buyers.

Here’s what I need to accomplish:
• Pinpoint the most promising countries and segments for women’s western wear, backed by concise market data and buyer profiles.
• Build an actionable prospect list—agents, wholesalers, fashion retailers, and online platforms—with verified contact details and an outreach strategy to secure at least an initial round of conversations.
• Map out the complete export logistics chain, from choosing the right INCOTERMS through freight forwarding, insurance, and warehousing, right down to packaging that meets destination standards.
• Clarify every regulatory step: HS codes, compliance certificates, labelling, customs documentation, and payment instruments such as LC or DP, with templates or samples I can adapt.

Acceptance criteria
1. A written market-entry report (PDF) covering three priority regions with rationale.
2. A minimum of 30 qualified buyer leads, each with contact name, email, phone, and brief note on purchasing capacity.
3. A step-by-step logistics and documentation handbook tailored to my factory’s current setup, including timelines and cost estimates.
4. One live online walk-through (60-90 min) to ensure I can implement the plan confidently.

If you have a proven track record in apparel exporting—from client acquisition to customs clearance—your guidance will move my women’s wear line onto the global stage.
