I have an existing database that I need surfaced through a Laravel-based web portal. The application should let me log in with role-based permissions and then display the stored data as interactive charts, classic tables, and quick-view graphs.

Here is the workflow I have in mind: after logging in, an Admin (full rights), Editor (limited CRUD), or Viewer (read-only) can browse to a section that lists users, devices, channels, and roles. From there we must be able to add, edit, or deactivate any of those records without leaving the app. The same roles also govern which export buttons are visible, so staff only see the options they are allowed to use.

When someone chooses to export, the system will generate downloadable Excel or CSV files on the fly. I don’t need PDFs for now, just solid spreadsheet outputs that honour any filters the user has applied on screen.

Deliverables
• Clean, well-structured Laravel project with authentication, role middleware, and CRUD screens for users, devices, channels, and roles
• Front-end components (Vue, Blade, or Livewire—your choice) that render the data as charts, tables, and graphs
• Export feature that produces Excel and CSV files reflecting current queries/filters
• Brief setup guide plus commented code so I can extend the project later

If you have recently built something similar in Laravel, let me know and please outline how you would handle the role permissions and charting library.
