Looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Kajabi Virtual Assistant with hands-on Kajabi experience to support our day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Build and schedule email campaigns & broadcasts in Kajabi
Manage Kajabi Community, including posts, announcements & challenges
Create and update Kajabi landing pages
Upload and organize course/community content
Make basic updates to pages, emails & automations
Create simple graphics using Canva
Ensure content is accurate, organized, and professionally formatted
Requirements:
Hands-on Kajabi experience is mandatory
Experience with Kajabi emails, landing pages & automations
Experience managing an online community
Good knowledge of Canva
Strong attention to detail and organization
Able to work independently and follow instructions
Good written English & communication skills
