Generative AI Pipeline Technical – ComfyUI + Nuke
Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience, including strong VFX/compositing experience and extensive hands-on work with ComfyUI-based Generative AI pipelines.
About the Role
It is an AI-Native Content Studio building production pipelines for advertising, e-commerce, social media, animation, short films, filmmaking, micro-dramas and OTT-led content.
We are looking for someone who can architect, build and own advanced end-to-end Generative AI workflows in ComfyUI, particularly for video-led content production.
This is not a ComfyUI operator role. The person should have independently built sophisticated production workflows from scratch and should be comfortable working at the intersection of Generative AI, workflow engineering, VFX and post-production.
Core Requirements
1. Advanced ComfyUI Workflow Development
* Proven experience designing and building complete ComfyUI workflows from scratch
* Strong understanding of node architecture, custom workflows, conditioning systems, model integration and workflow optimisation
* Ability to troubleshoot, modify and scale complex production graphs
* Experience integrating local models, APIs and cloud-based AI platforms
1. End-to-End Generative Video Pipelines
The candidate should have experience building video-led AI pipelines covering multiple stages such as:
LLM / prompt orchestration → image generation → character / product / style consistency → image-to-video or video generation → final production output
The role requires an understanding of how different models, APIs and workflow components can be connected into a repeatable production pipeline rather than treated as isolated tools.
Experience with workflows involving Seedance 2.0 / 2.5 or comparable advanced video-generation models would be particularly valuable.
1. Platform & Model Integration
The candidate should be comfortable working with external AI platforms and technical teams and converting their capabilities into usable production workflows.
V4B works directly with leading AI video and content platforms, whose teams collaborate with us in developing and implementing specialised production pipelines.
The selected person will therefore need to be technically strong enough to:
* Understand workflows and technical recommendations shared by partner teams
* Communicate effectively with their product / technical teams
* Test and implement new models, APIs and integrations
* Convert these capabilities into stable internal production workflows
* Independently take execution forward after the initial technical guidance
Our objective is to develop specialised workflows for multiple use cases, including:
* E-commerce and product content
* High-end advertising
* Animation
* Filmmaking and short films
* Micro-drama / episodic content
* Social and performance content
1. Nuke + VFX Experience — Mandatory
The candidate must have approximately 3–4 years of hands-on experience within a VFX / post-production environment, with practical experience using Nuke.
They should understand areas such as:
* Node-based compositing
* Tracking
* Roto and masking
* Cleanup
* Keying
* Multi-pass compositing
* Integration of CG / AI-generated elements
* Colour and image pipeline considerations
* Preparing AI-generated outputs for professional post-production
Our AI workflows are closely integrated with CGI, VFX and post-production, so this understanding is essential to achieving production-quality results.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is technically strong but also understands visual production.
The ideal person should be able to think like a pipeline architect, work comfortably with engineers and AI-platform teams, and at the same time understand the requirements of creative directors, VFX artists, compositors and filmmakers.
Minimum Eligibility
Candidates should apply only if they have:
* Personally built advanced end-to-end ComfyUI workflows from scratch
* Experience creating Generative AI workflows specifically for image/video production
* Experience integrating models and APIs into production pipelines
* Strong hands-on VFX/compositing experience
