I’m seeking someone who already lives in Japan and feels comfortable talking business in native-level Japanese while switching to clear English when you report back to me. The work centres on software engineering projects in web development, and our front-end stack is React, so a basic technical grasp of that ecosystem is essential—you don’t have to code full-time, but you should understand what the engineers are saying and be able to relay it accurately.

Here’s what the collaboration looks like: you join client video calls or on-site meetings, keep the conversation flowing smoothly, note questions, clarify requirements, and then send me concise English summaries with any risks or decisions highlighted. Between meetings, you may exchange a few emails or chat messages with the client to keep momentum. I’ll provide all background documents and stay available for quick syncs so you never feel lost.

The role is ongoing and stable; I’m budgeting roughly USD 3,000–5,000 per month depending on workload and your experience, paid promptly at the end of each month. If you’re a Japan-based professional who understands web terms like components, APIs, and deployment pipelines and enjoys bridging cultures, I’d love to hear how you could help.
