# Online Japanese Language Tutor Required – Beginner to JLPT N4 Level
## Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced Japanese language teacher who can provide structured, one-on-one online Japanese lessons to a beginner.
The objective is to start from the basics and gradually develop proficiency up to JLPT N4 level.
We are looking for a teacher who can explain Japanese concepts clearly in either English or Hindi.
## 1. Language Requirements
The teacher must be comfortable teaching through either of the following language combinations:
- English to Japanese
- Hindi to Japanese
Fluency in at least one of these teaching languages is required.
## 2. Teaching Schedule
- Classes will be conducted 5 days a week.
- Classes will be held online through Google Meet.
- The teacher should be flexible with scheduling and able to accommodate the client's preferred timings.
- Class duration can be mutually decided based on the learning requirements and teaching approach.
## 3. Learning Objectives
The primary objective is to learn Japanese from scratch and progressively reach JLPT N4 proficiency.
The course should ideally cover:
- Japanese Hiragana and Katakana.
- Basic Japanese vocabulary and grammar.
- Sentence formation and everyday conversations.
- Introduction to Kanji and commonly used characters.
- Listening and speaking practice.
The teacher should follow a structured learning plan and regularly assess the student's progress.
## 4. Technical Requirements
- Classes must be conducted through Google Meet.
- The teacher must have a reliable internet connection.
- A laptop or desktop with a good-quality microphone and camera is preferred.
- The teacher should be comfortable sharing their screen and using digital teaching materials.
- Lessons should be interactive rather than limited to theoretical explanations.
## 5. Payment Terms
- Payment will be made monthly.
- Freelancers should propose their expected monthly fee.
- Please mention the number of teaching hours/classes included in your monthly quotation.
- Any additional charges for study materials or other resources should be mentioned separately.
## 6. Course Duration
The overall duration of the engagement is flexible.
It will depend on the student's learning pace, progress, and willingness to continue. We are looking for someone interested in a potentially long-term teaching engagement rather than just a few sessions.
## 7. What to Include in Your Proposal
Interested teachers are requested to provide the following information:
1. Brief introduction and Japanese teaching experience.
2. Japanese language proficiency level (JLPT N1/N2/N3/N4 or equivalent).
3. Preferred teaching language (English or Hindi).
4. Previous experience teaching beginners.
5. Proposed teaching methodology and learning plan to reach JLPT N4.
6. Monthly fee for 5 classes per week.
7. Average duration of each class.
8. Availability and flexibility with scheduling.
9. Any certifications or relevant qualifications.
We would prefer teachers who have experience teaching international students or beginners and can make learning Japanese simple, practical, and engaging.
We look forward to working with a dedicated Japanese language tutor for a long-term learning journey.
