Intermediate Revit Model for Renovation

I need an intermediate-level Revit model of my existing 3bedroom house and block, which will be used primarily for renovation planning.

The main part I need added to the existing revit model is:
- The areas of the block external to the house
- fences, driveway, outhouse
- backyard including levels
- Roof - using good street view to estimate roof construction

I have a revit model of the existing building that has prepared by Matterport, a point cloud of the entire block.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Revit
- Experience with residential models
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work from provided point cloud
- Ability to model external ground levels
