I need someone who can jump into my Instagram and TikTok accounts each day and keep conversations flowing. Your main focus will be replying to comments and direct messages in a friendly, relaxed tone that matches our casual brand voice.
Consistency matters to me, so I expect prompt, helpful answers that make every follower feel heard. While you write, please keep language warm, use everyday Indonesian (occasional slang is okay when it feels natural), avoid sounding scripted, and flag any sensitive issues so I can handle them directly.
Daily expectations
• Monitor new comments and inbox messages at scheduled checkpoints (morning, afternoon, evening).
• Reply within a few hours, never letting a query sit unanswered overnight.
• Record common questions or feedback in a simple spreadsheet so we can spot trends and improve content.
At the end of each week, send a short recap: number of conversations handled, notable insights, and any urgent matters escalated. No need to create or schedule posts—this role is purely community engagement, but solid familiarity with Instagram and TikTok features (filters, Stories, DMs, pinned comments) will make the work smoother.
