Collect 400 Targeted Survey Responses

I need 400 completed email-based survey responses gathered from a very specific audience: people who live in one defined city/region and fall within a set age range. I will give you the exact location and age brackets once we start; the key is that every respondent must match both criteria.

The survey itself is ready to send (eight multiple-choice questions hosted on SurveyMonkey). Your task is to recruit qualified participants, distribute the link, and return:

• A spreadsheet with each respondent’s email, date/time stamp, and confirmation that they meet the location + age requirements
• The raw survey export (CSV or XLSX) from SurveyMonkey
• A brief summary showing total completes, screen-outs, and any drop-offs

I’m open to whichever outreach method works best—targeted email lists, local communities, or social media ads—as long as messages are permission-based and GDPR-compliant. All 400 valid completes must be delivered within seven days of contract start.
