Instagram Reel Editing

I have a steady stream of short, vertical clips that need to be shaped into polished Instagram Reels. Every piece should feel clean, on-brand, and unmistakably professional—nothing flashy or overly animated, just crisp cuts, subtle transitions, and captions that are easy to read on-screen.

Here’s the workflow I have in mind: I’ll share raw footage along with our logo, primary colours, and preferred fonts. You handle the trimming, merge the takes, add concise text overlays, burn-in captions (and supply an SRT), then finish with light transitions that keep the pace snappy while respecting our brand palette. The final file must be Instagram-ready: 1080×1920, H.264 MP4, and lean enough to upload without compression headaches.

Deliverables for each reel
• A 15–30 second finished video, fully branded and captioned
• Separate SRT or .txt caption file
• Source project file so we can tweak in-house if needed

Acceptance criteria
• Colours, fonts, and logo placement match the assets I provide
• Audio levels balanced and free of clipping
• No jump cuts or transition glitches on playback
• Text remains legible on small mobile screens

If you edit in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve that’s perfect, but I’m flexible as long as the export meets the above specs. Reliability and quick turnarounds matter more to me than fancy effects, consistency is the priority. Let’s start with a test reel; if we both like the fit, I’ll have more footage ready right away.
