I already have an active faceless Instagram page focused on mindset and entrepreneurship, but my current views are very low and follower growth has been slow. I am looking for a talented video editor to help me completely revamp the page, shift to a premium aesthetic, and implement a strategy that drives massive growth.
My goal is to remodel my page using the visual theme of the reference account @onsidianmen (instagram.com) as a quality benchmark. However, I want my own custom, unique captions and text overlays—the reference ID should only be used to understand the quality, pacing, and overall dark, premium aesthetic I am targeting. We want to capture the first-mover advantage by clipping trending and newly released podcasts before anyone else.
What You Will Do:
1. Analyze & Fix Engagement: Help transform the visual identity of my existing page to match the clean, cinematic standard of the reference account.
2. Source Material Identification: Monitor and pull high-retention 30–60 second clips from newly released, trending podcasts and high-profile interviews.
3. Cinematic Visual Style: Match the desaturated, dark, premium aesthetic seen in the reference ID. Ensure clips are crisp, high-resolution, and perfectly framed in a 9:16 vertical format.
4. Custom Typography & Overlays: Design and implement a custom caption style unique to my brand that captures the clean, high-impact, minimalist feel of @onsidianmen without copying it directly.
5. Audio Engineering: Layer subtle, trending, deep atmospheric background scores that fit the motivational/wealth niche perfectly.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record of helping pages grow or revamping existing accounts with low engagement.
2. Ability to design custom motion graphics/templates for unique captions and overlays.
3. Fast turnaround times to ensure we clip trending podcasts as soon as they drop.
4. Mastery of professional editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro.
5. I want at least 28 Reels in a month.
