Instagram and facebook account disabled

Hello, I need help recovering my Facebook and Instagram accounts. Both accounts were suddenly suspended/disabled on September 15, 2026, even though I did not knowingly violate any of Meta's policies.

The main problem is that I cannot appeal the decision from either platform. Facebook says that my Facebook account was suspended because of my linked Instagram account and instructs me to appeal through Instagram. However, when I log into Instagram, it says “You cannot request another review of this decision” and provides no option to submit an appeal.

So I am stuck in a situation where Facebook sends me to Instagram for an appeal, while Instagram does not give me any appeal option.

I am looking for someone who can legitimately help me find the correct official Meta recovery/appeal channel and submit a proper request for manual human review.

I am the legitimate owner of both accounts and can provide any necessary identity verification or other ownership information.

I am NOT looking for any hacking or unauthorized access. I only want to recover my own accounts through legitimate Meta procedures.
