Data Entry For Social Posts

I’m putting together a fresh batch of social media content for an upcoming marketing push and need reliable data entry support to make it happen. The raw information—product specs, campaign hashtags, short captions, image file names—has already been gathered; what’s missing is a clean, well-structured spreadsheet that my design team can pull from without double-checking every field.

Here’s the workflow I have in mind:

• Transfer the provided text snippets and asset references into the template I’ll share.
• Standardise spelling, capitalisation and punctuation so every entry is client-ready.
• Flag obvious duplicates or gaps instead of guessing.

I want the file back in Excel or Google Sheets, formatted exactly like the sample I can send you on request. That way you’ll see column order, character limits and the colour-coded status flags we rely on.

Accuracy and speed are both important because the final sheet feeds directly into our scheduling tool later this week. If you have experience preparing datasets that feed marketing or social media pipelines, let me know—any quick examples are welcome but not mandatory.
