Innovative 4th Floor Redesign Required

One important clarification regarding the existing structure:

* All pillars/columns are FIXED. Their positions must not be changed, shifted, removed, or redesigned.
* The internal rooms and walls are completely flexible. You can arrange the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathrooms, doors, windows, etc. according to the best design.
* Windows can be opened/placed wherever you think is appropriate for natural light and ventilation.
* The East-side wall is already constructed and should be treated as fixed.
* Please carefully follow the duct position shown in my PDF.
* The West side is the front/road-facing side, and the house entrance will be from the West.
* There is a 4.5-ft balcony provision on the right side of the West/front side.
* Most importantly, the actual building/plot has an additional 2 feet of space at the backside compared with the dimensions shown in the PDF. Please include this extra 2 ft in your floor-plan calculations.

I want you to use the entire available space intelligently and design the 4th floor from scratch around the fixed columns, rather than trying to preserve the existing room arrangement.

Requirements:

* 3–4 bedrooms
* 1 master bedroom, preferably with attached bathroom
* 2–3 bathrooms if space permits
* Living + dining
* Open or closed kitchen, whichever is better
* Utility/storage if possible
* Balcony
* Good natural light and cross ventilation
* Proper privacy and practical furniture placement
* Vastu-compliant planning based on the actual directions

Please give me your best professional layout, not simply a rearrangement of the existing rooms. If a 4-bedroom plan makes the rooms too small, prioritize a well-designed 3-bedroom plan.
