Architectural Section Drawing Needed

I have an architectural concept sketched out and now need it converted into a clean AutoCAD section. The scope is a single sectional cut: show all primary structural elements, floor-to-ceiling heights, openings, and add intermediate-level material annotations (no full textures or loose furnishings).

Please work directly in AutoCAD and supply the final DWG along with a plotted PDF for quick review. Keep layers organised and named logically so I can turn items on or off later. Metric units throughout.

If anything in the sketch looks unclear, flag it early so I can clarify before you move too far. Once I receive a DWG that aligns with the sketch, dimensions, and material call-outs, I’ll sign off and release the milestone.
