Improve WordPress Site Speed

Our studio’s public-facing WordPress site is beginning to hurt our first impression simply because it drags on load. Every performance scan points to the same culprit: oversized images that have never been properly compressed or served in modern formats. I need someone who can step in, assess the current media library, and bring the entire site down to a lean, quick-loading experience.
