Implement Self-Hosted ERP for CNC Manufacturer

Looking for a Freelancer to Implement a Self-Hosted ERP System for a CNC Manufacturing Company

We are a CNC manufacturing company with 26 employees. We are looking for an experienced ERP freelancer or a small development team to implement and customize an ERP system for our business.

The system must be self-hosted and owned by our company. We do not want mandatory monthly subscriptions, per-user licence fees, or vendor lock-in.

We prefer customizing an established open-source platform, such as ERPNext or Odoo Community, instead of developing an entire ERP system from scratch.

The system should cover:

* Customer and supplier management
* Requests for quotation and cost calculation
* Sales orders and production orders
* Bills of materials (BOM)
* Manufacturing routings and operations
* CNC machine and production-capacity planning
* Production scheduling
* Raw-material and finished-goods inventory
* Material purchasing and replenishment
* Job progress and delivery tracking
* Employee time tracking by job or operation
* Quality control and non-conformance records
* Material, batch, and document traceability
* Invoicing and management reports
* File and drawing management for each job
* Role-based user permissions
* Integration with our existing accounting or other systems, if required

Project requirements:

* Experience implementing ERP or MRP systems for manufacturing companies
* Understanding of CNC or job-shop manufacturing processes
* Experience with self-hosted open-source ERP systems
* Full access to the source code and database
* All custom code and documentation must become our company’s property
* No mandatory recurring software licence or per-user fees
* Deployment, configuration, testing, data migration, and employee training
* Optional future support charged only when requested
* The system should be easy to maintain and extend
