Image-Based Assessment Question Typing

I have a set of elementary-level assessment questions saved only as images and I need each item carefully re-typed into an editable document. These questions support formal Educational assessments in Science and Language Arts, so accuracy in wording, symbols, and basic formatting is essential.

You will receive the image files, type each prompt exactly as shown—including any multiple-choice options, diagrams captions, and simple equations—then return everything in a clean, well-structured Google Doc or Word file that I can drop straight into my test generator. Please preserve line breaks that clarify meaning and label any accompanying figures so I can re-insert them later.

Deliverables
• A single document containing every question re-typed and numbered in the original order
• A quick check report noting any illegible text you had to flag for me
