Summary
We are an iGaming company operating a B2C online casino and sportsbook and are looking for an experienced Senior QA Lead / QA Manager with strong iGaming experience.
We currently work with external technology providers, including platform, game, payment and other integration providers. We need someone who can independently take ownership of QA and make sure the product is properly tested before issues reach our players or affect our marketing performance.
Your Responsibilities
Perform full end-to-end testing:
Registration → Activation → Login → KYC → Deposit → FTD → Casino/Sportsbook → Withdrawal
Test desktop, mobile and different browsers/devices.
Test email/OTP delivery, activation links and registration flows.
Test payment and FTD tracking.
Review and test bonuses, wagering requirements, jackpots and RTP.
Perform regression testing after fixes/releases.
Review our existing Jira backlog and verify that issues are actually resolved.
Create detailed bug reports with reproduction steps and evidence.
Work directly with external providers and development teams.
Challenge providers when their solution does not meet the required standard.
Establish a proper QA process, test plan and release checklist.
Perform pre-production and production validation.
Proactively identify issues before users or marketing campaigns expose them.
What We Need
3+ years of iGaming QA experience
Strong experience with online casino and/or sportsbook platforms
Experience with registration, activation, payments and FTD flows
Knowledge of bonuses, jackpots and RTP
Strong Jira experience
Experience working with external technology/platform providers
API testing experience (Postman or similar)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent English communication
Comfortable escalating issues and challenging technical teams
Strong Advantage
Experience with SOFTSWISS, game aggregators, payment providers, KYC providers, CRM platforms and affiliate/tracking systems.
Important
We are not looking for a generic software QA tester.
We need someone who understands iGaming and can take ownership of the complete player experience and product quality.
You must be comfortable telling a provider:
"This product is not ready for production."
when the platform does not meet the required standard.
First Assignment
Your first assignment will be to conduct a full QA audit of our existing platform, including the player journey, existing Jira issues, integrations, configuration and overall production readiness.
