I already have the full static HTML build of my website completed on my local machine; what’s missing is getting it live and polishing the experience once it’s there. I need the site transferred to my current hosting account (standard cPanel with FTP access) and given a focused design update aimed at improving user experience.

The visual style can stay largely the same, but I want visitors to feel the site load faster and flow seamlessly on phones and tablets. That means optimising assets, tightening up the code where possible, and making sure every breakpoint is truly responsive.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
• The HTML site fully uploaded and configured on my host, working from the main domain.
• Page-load speed improvements you can demonstrate (image compression, minified CSS/JS, sensible caching rules, etc.).
• Verified mobile responsiveness across common devices, with any CSS tweaks documented.

Please keep directory paths intact, provide a brief change log, and let me know if you spot anything else that could boost performance while you’re in the code. I’m ready to start as soon as you are.
