We need a Laravel developer/team to build a responsive web platform for a tourism business. Tourists can discover, book and pay for local services, and plan their holiday day by day. Local service providers (partners) list their services, and the platform earns a configurable commission on each booking (similar to Airbnb).
SERVICE CATEGORIES (editable from admin):
Car rentals, apartment rentals, local tours, transport, private tours, ATV tours, snorkeling, sunset tours, bar-hopping/nightlife.
SCOPE - FIRST RELEASE (MVP):
1) Public website
Home, All Tours/Services, search & filters (category, date, group size, price, location), service detail page, About Us, Booking/Checkout, Contact, FAQ/Policies.
2) Listings
Images, description, duration, capacity, meeting point, pricing, availability, inclusions/exclusions, cancellation policy. Rentals need pickup/return or check-in/out fields.
3) Add-ons per service
Optional extras (e.g. gear, pickup) priced per person / per booking / per day, with an itemized total at checkout.
4) Booking engine
Availability check, no double-booking, booking reference and voucher. Status flow: Pending > Awaiting approval > Confirmed > Completed / Cancelled / Refunded / No-show. Supports instant-book and approval-based services.
5) Partner onboarding
External sign-up form with document upload, auto-generated partner agreement PDF, acceptance record, and admin approval before publishing.
6) Partner portal
Manage own listings, availability and prices; accept/reject bookings; view sales, commission, expected payout and payout status.
7) Admin dashboard
Bookings calendar, partners, listings, customers, configurable commission, earnings, refunds, payout tracking (manual for MVP). Reports with filters and CSV export.
8) Trip planner
Day-by-day itinerary. Booked services are added automatically; tourists can add their own free/custom activities with time, location and notes. Reorder, save, share and print.
9) Payments
Stripe, bank transfer (manual verification), and cash before the tour (recorded by office staff). Gateway confirmation via webhook.
10) Email notifications
Booking, payment and cancellation emails.
11) User roles
Super Admin, Admin, Office, Partner, Tourist - each with role-based access.
12) Other
Mobile-first, simple and easy-to-use UI with a Caribbean look and feel. CMS for content, secure login, activity logs, backups, staging and production deployment, basic documentation.
If you are a human please write PRO45G at the beginning of your proposal so that i can understand you are a real bidder and went through my doc.
