Title: Remote HyperMILL CAM Programmer – 5-Axis Simultaneous (Long-term / Flexible Hours)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HyperMILL CAM programmer for ongoing, long-term collaboration with complete flexibility in time management.
Setup & Workflow:
Remote Access: You will work directly on our system via Remote Desktop / AnyDesk.
Environment: Latest HyperMILL version, tailored Postprocessor, and HyperMILL VIRTUAL Machining (VM) are fully set up and ready to use.
Execution: Convert provided component geometries into collision-free, shop-ready 5-axis simultaneous programs.
Deliverables per Job:
Clean, collision-free HyperMILL project file saved on our system.
Verified NC code via HyperMILL VIRTUAL Machining.
Clear setup sheets for the machinist (zero points, tool list, stick-out lengths, clamping).
Paid Test Project:
To ensure a smooth long-term setup, we will start with a small, paid test project on our remote machine to evaluate programming style, cycle time optimization, and quality.
