Urgent: Experienced Altium Designer Needed for 4-Layer PCB Layout

We’re looking for an experienced PCB designer with strong expertise in EMC-conscious layouts and safety standards. The schematic, reference images, and mechanical requirements are already available. We need a clean 4-layer PCB layout (approx. 170 × 93 mm). The board includes 230V mains and low-voltage sections, so proper clearance/creepage distances, design rules, GND/VCC planes, and an EMC-conscious layout are important. Experience with Surge, EFT, and ESD protection would be great. The project is urgent, requiring completion by next week.
