Toters App Data Scraping

I need a reliable scraping solution that can pull comprehensive data from the Lebanese food-delivery app “Toters” and deliver it neatly in an Excel file. The core fields that matter to me are:

• Restaurant information
• Menu items and prices
• Customer reviews
• Sales per restaurant (priority) – and, if the platform exposes it, insights that help reveal the most profitable brands or best-selling items.

I do not yet have an API key, so the approach may involve reverse-engineering mobile calls, browser automation, or any other method that respects rate limits and avoids getting blocked. Whatever technique you choose, the final output must be a clean, well-structured Excel workbook with separate sheets (or clearly labeled columns) for each data category. If a particular metric such as sales volume is not publicly accessible, flag that clearly in the file rather than leaving it blank.

Please include a brief outline of the stack or libraries you plan to use (Python + BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Playwright, etc. are all acceptable) and any safeguards for captchas or anti-scraping measures. A short sample pull of a few restaurants will be the first milestone so I can verify field coverage and formatting before you run the full scrape.
