Hindi PDF Books to Text

I have a collection of Hindi educational books that exist only as PDF files. I need every word re-typed into clean, error-free UTF-8 plain text so the content can later be fed into digital learning tools. Accuracy matters more than speed, yet the full set must be finished within a month.

The PDFs include headings, paragraphs, tables and the usual subject-matter equations and examples you find in school textbooks. The final .txt files do not need visual formatting, but they must preserve:

• Correct sentence order and paragraph breaks
• All Hindi characters exactly as printed, including matras and punctuation
• Any simple inline math or symbols written exactly as they appear

Feel free to use OCR or transcription software as a starting point, but every line needs human proofreading; I will run spot checks against the original PDFs before approving each file.

Deliverables
• One plain-text (.txt) file per source book, named identically to the PDF
• A brief completion log listing page ranges covered each day (helps both of us track progress)

Send a short sample from the first three pages of the first book within two days of being hired so we can verify quality early. Once the sample is approved, continue with the remaining pages and keep regular updates until the whole set is complete.
