Company Secretary: Nil ROC Filings

I need a qualified Company Secretary to handle all Registrar of Companies compliance for my private limited company for FY 2025-26. The firm had no transactions, so every return will be a nil filing.

Core work
• Prepare and submit Form MGT-7 and Form ADT-1 as nil returns through the MCA portal.
• File DIN KYC (or any other compulsory KYC) if the system still requires it.
• Advise me on any additional nil forms that may be triggered so we remain fully compliant.

Because no documents are ready yet, you will also draft or collect every supporting paper—board resolutions, auditor consent, director declarations, shareholding statements—and make sure they meet MCA standards before uploading.

Acceptance will be based on:
• Acknowledgement receipts for each form filed for FY 2025-26 from MCA.
• Proof that only statutory filing fees were paid (reflecting the nil position).
• A concise summary note outlining what was filed and the next statutory deadlines.
