Hindi Book Retyping to PDF

I have a Hindi manuscript of fewer than 100 pages that I need converted into a clean, searchable PDF. Everything is currently in printed form; your task is to re-type the text exactly as written, preserve all punctuation and diacritics, and return the finished file in plain-text layout—no images, tables, or custom design elements required. Consistent paragraph breaks and page numbering are all I need beyond the accurate transcription itself.

Because I ultimately need only the PDF, you are free to work in Word or any other tool during the process as long as the final, error-free PDF is delivered. A quick turnaround and careful proofreading will be highly valued; the content is entirely in Hindi, so native-level command of the language and its keyboard layout is essential.
