High-Energy Lifestyle Reels Editing

I will be handing over my own raw footage and need it transformed into short, cinematic lifestyle reels that burst with energy and momentum. Think rapid-fire cuts, rhythmic pacing that syncs perfectly with a driving soundtrack, and color grades that lean cinematic without losing natural skin tones.

The footage comes straight from my camera in 4K log; you decide which moments hit hardest and stitch them together into 15-30 second vertical reels ready for Instagram and TikTok. Smooth speed-ramps, tasteful motion graphics or text call-outs, and sound design that enhances the punch are all welcome as long as the result feels high-energy and dynamic.

Final deliverables
• 3 finished reels (1080 × 1920, H.264)
• Matching captions/subtitles burned in and as .srt files
• A thumbnail frame for each reel
• Project files (Premiere Pro and/or After Effects), plus any LUTs or assets used
