Convert Interior Layouts to CAD

I already have still images of both the 2D plans and the 3D perspectives for a commercial fit-out, and I now need proper, editable files that I can forward to contractors and consultants.

2D scope
The plan images must become a clean AutoCAD drawing (.dwg) that reproduces all wall locations, openings, built-ins, furniture blocks and service points. Please add the same text, dimensions and leader notes visible in the original so the sheet reads exactly like the reference, only fully editable.

3D scope
The rendered snapshots of the interior need to be remodelled or accurately traced into a single FBX file ready for lighting studies and walkthroughs. Geometry should be clean, grouped logically and scaled to real-world units.

Deliverables
• One layered .dwg file with annotations and correct scale
• One FBX file matching the 3D images
• Any texture or proxy files referenced in the FBX

I will send high-resolution reference images, measurements and a short clarification video as soon as the project starts. Let me know if you work in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max or another package for the 3D portion; as long as the final export is FBX, the authoring tool is flexible. Please include an estimated turnaround time and a brief note on similar commercial interiors you have converted before.
