Handwritten Notes Data Entry

I have fewer than fifty pages of handwritten notes that need to be transcribed into clean, editable text. Accuracy matters more to me than speed: I want every word captured exactly as written, with obvious spelling errors corrected only when their intent is unambiguous. Headings, bullet points, and simple tables in the notes should be reflected in the final document so I can copy-paste sections without further re-formatting.

You may work in Microsoft Word or Google Docs—either is fine, as I can export to other formats later if needed. When you send the file, please accompany it with a quick note highlighting any passages that were difficult to read so I can double-check them.

If you’ve handled handwriting transcription before, let me know how you tackle tricky scripts and your typical turnaround time for a project of this size. My goal is to review a first draft within a couple of days of project start and sign off on a final, polished version shortly after.
