You will be converting a collection of handwritten notes into clean, well-structured Word documents while filling out a few on-screen forms that accompany each file. All source material is legible but varies in layout, so careful attention to line breaks, headings, and any underlined or bolded words is essential to keep the meaning intact.

Accuracy matters more than speed; spelling must match the original text exactly, and any obvious ambiguities should be flagged in a comment inside the document rather than guessed. I will supply the notes as high-resolution scans together with a quick style guide so you can mirror my preferred fonts, margins, and heading levels.

Deliverable:
• One Word document per handwritten page, fully formatted and proof-checked.

Acceptance criteria:
• 100 % of text transferred with zero omissions.
• Formatting matches the supplied style guide.
• All documents pass a basic spell-check and are free of stray line breaks.
