I need a fast-turnaround transcription of my handwritten notes into a clean, professionally laid-out PDF. Accuracy is critical, but I do not want a scan-style replica; instead, follow the custom formatting guidelines I will supply once we start. These guidelines will cover items such as preferred font, size, possible headers or footers, and the placement of any embedded images or diagrams that appear in the original pages.
