I have a collection of handwritten notes that need to be keyed into a clean, editable digital format. Accuracy is more important to me than speed, as the information will be used in client-facing material.

You’ll receive high-resolution images of each page and I’d like the text transcribed verbatim into a single Microsoft Word document, preserving any simple headings or bullet points that appear in the originals. No design or layout work is required—just accurate typing and basic proof-reading so the digital copy matches the source.

Before we begin, let me know:
• the tools you normally use for transcription and spell-checking
• your typical turnaround time per 10 pages
• how you prefer to handle unclear handwriting (e.g., flagging with brackets)

I’ll review a short sample page first; once that’s approved we can proceed with the remaining files.
