Property to Cabin Crew CV Rewrite

I have spent the past 25 years thriving in property management and sales, but I’m now pursuing a long-held dream of becoming cabin crew. I need a fresh, professionally written CV that moves employers’ attention away from bricks and mortar and toward the customer-focused, safety-minded, team-oriented person I am.
Primary aim
Please centre the document on my transferable skills. The most marketable strengths I bring across industries are customer service, team collaboration and problem-solving. I’d like those capabilities to stand out immediately—ideally within the top third of the page—so recruiters at airlines can see the direct value I offer without digging.
Experience translation
Much of my property background involved client liaison, conflict resolution, contract negotiation and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams. These activities map neatly to cabin-crew duties such as passenger assistance, inflight service, safety briefings and crew communication. I need those parallels made crystal-clear, using airline terminology where appropriate and keeping the tone warm, service-oriented and confident.
Qualifications
I hold several non-aviation certifications (details on hand) that reinforce my professionalism and commitment to continuous learning. Please weave them in naturally—perhaps in a concise “Training & Certifications” section—so they complement rather than overpower the narrative.
Formatting & delivery
• Modern, clean design optimised for ATS screening and quick human skim
• Two file formats: editable Word (.docx) and print-ready PDF
• UK English spelling throughout (I’m London-based)
Acceptance criteria
The final CV should:
1. Showcase customer service, collaboration and problem-solving within the first half page.
2. Translate at least three property achievements into airline-relevant results or scenarios.
3. Fit on two pages max with consistent styling and keyword alignment for major European carriers.
include my photo
Once we’re happy with the CV, I may ask for a matching cover letter as a follow-up task.
