Printed Document Transcription Needed

I have a small batch of printed documents—no more than fifty pages in total—that I need converted into clean, editable text. Each page must be transcribed exactly as it appears, preserving headings, paragraph breaks, basic tables, and any obvious emphasis such as bold or italics.

Accuracy is essential: I will run a side-by-side check, so any spelling mistakes or missing lines will need correcting before final approval. You are free to use OCR or other tools to speed things up, but the end result must read naturally and match the source layout closely.

Deliverable
• A single Word or Google Docs file containing the fully transcribed text, formatted to mirror the original pages.

Once I confirm everything is error-free, the project is complete.
