Hands on CTO & Co-founder

Our technical lead is way more than a skilled programmer. They’re someone who is deeply invested in the company’s success and willing to muck through the startup trenches with us.
They own founder-level responsibility, such as

Building out our tech stack

Getting their hands dirty by writing good quality code

Build the system architecture diagram, draw transaction flows, and plan for different scenarios, as well as analyse the risk factors

Execute on the product development roadmap and timelines

At least one demonstrable previous work experience in a complex technical leadership role eg. As a payment solution architect you owned technical research & analysis, development, integration and platform engineering

You must be extremely humble with your co-workers, hungry to get things done and happy to come in to work with a positive attitude

An entrepreneurial mindset or experience starting a business of your own
